What Accounting Software Do You Use?

I use QuickBooks Online with all my clients. Whether you already run your finances in QBO or need help setting things up, I am your go to QuickBooks expert.

Do You Do Tax Prep and Filing?

I make sure that your books are in order to get you ready for your year-end filing and can connect you with some great local CPAs whom I work with personally. I also prep and file your GST/HST returns.

I’ve Had a Bad Experience With a Bookkeeper, What Makes You Different?

Good bookkeepers are hard to find and unfortunately, some bookkeepers only see numbers and not the unique approach each business requires. As a result, many businesses find that their books are in less than ideal condition. There is no comparison to someone who takes the time to not only understand your business but create a tailored system that compliments it.

How Does The Bookkeeping Process Work?

Once your books are setup in QBO, I will be maintaining them monthly. At the end of the month, I will categorize your transactions, reconcile your banks and draw your reports. You may receive an email with questions/clarifications needed and once that is cleared up, I will send your financial reports with highlights of what the numbers are telling you. You will have your books ready by the 15th of each month if not sooner!
